When you send an enquiry, quote request or job application, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, and — where you provide them — your company or project, the service and industry you are interested in, a budget range and your message. For job applications this includes the position and any CV or portfolio link you share. We also record your consent to be contacted.
To protect the forms from spam, the website keeps a short-lived, hashed (not readable) identifier of your connection for one hour to limit repeated submissions.
How we use your information
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and — for job applications — to consider you for a role. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where your information is kept
Submissions are sent to our team by email and stored in the website’s secure admin area, which only authorised staff can access. They are also processed by our website hosting and email providers as part of running the service.
Third-party services on this website
To display fonts, icons and technology logos, your browser loads files from third-party content delivery networks such as Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr, unpkg and Simple Icons. These providers receive your IP address and basic browser information when the files load.
If a map is shown on the contact page it is provided by Google Maps, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, each under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. WordPress sets essential cookies only for logged-in administrators and people who leave comments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for as long as needed to respond, deliver any resulting project and keep reasonable business records, and delete them on request where the law allows.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time through our contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the way we handle information changes. The version published on this page applies.
