What a business website needs to do today
A website is no longer an online brochure. For most Indian businesses it is the place customers check before they call, visit or buy, and the place where enquiries arrive from Google, social media and ads. A good website has to explain what you do in seconds, prove that you can be trusted and make the next step — a call, a WhatsApp message or a form — effortless on a phone.
That is why we plan every website around the visitor’s questions rather than around pages. Service pages answer “can they do this for me?”, location and industry pages answer “do they understand my situation?”, and clear calls to action answer “how do I start?”.
How we build your website, step by step
Every project starts with discovery: your services, your customers, the searches they make and the sites they compare you with. From this we plan a sitemap and page structure, then design the key pages so you can see the look and feel before development begins.
Development follows on a content management system your team can update without code — usually WordPress, or a framework such as Next.js when the site needs custom functionality. Before launch we test on real phones, check speed, set up analytics and enquiry tracking, submit the sitemap to Google Search Console and make sure every form reaches the right inbox.
What affects the cost and timeline of a website
The main factors are the number of unique page designs, how much content needs to be written, the features involved (booking, payments, listings, multilingual content, member areas) and any integrations with CRMs or other software. A focused business website is far quicker to deliver than a portal with logins and custom workflows.
We share a written proposal that lists every page and feature with its timeline, so you know exactly what you are paying for. Domain, hosting and third-party tools are set up in your business name, so the website remains fully yours.
